Mr. Brendan Crosby serves as the Assistant Principal at Bristol Bay Elementary School. With over a decade of experience in education, he has served as a sixth-grade science and social studies teacher and as a middle school dean before joining the Bristol Bay community.

Mr. Crosby is passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, engaging families as active partners in education, and supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of every student. He believes in creating a school environment where all students feel valued, supported, and challenged to reach their fullest potential. At Bristol Bay, Mr. Crosby enjoys working alongside dedicated staff, students, and families to build strong relationships and celebrate learning. 

He earned his Master of Arts in Educational Leadership with principal endorsement from Aurora University and his Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from National Louis University.

Mr. Crosby and his family live in Yorkville, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters, Nora and Olivia.
